IKEA Recalls KULLEN 3 Drawer Chest Due to Tip-Over/ Entrapment Hazards

IKEA is voluntarily recalling KULLEN 3 drawer chest in birch and black/brown. The chest is unstable if it is not anchored to the wall, posing tip over and entrapment hazards.

Customers that have a KULLEN 3 drawer chest, that is not properly anchored to the wall, are urged to stop using it and place it in an area that children cannot access. If you have a recalled chest, please contact IKEA for a choice between two options: a refund or a free wall-attachment kit. Customers can order a free wall-attachment repair kit for self-installation or IKEA will provide a one-time, free in-home installation service. IKEA will accept in-store returns or arrange for a free pick up of the chests for a refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required. To participate in the recall, please click here.

The recalled KULLEN 3 chests were manufactured and sold from April 2005 - December 2019. The chests imported after August 12, 2019 do not comply with the updated U.S. consensus standard.
