solves our area rug issueJESSIok. we got a puppy. and owned an area rug we loved. BAD COMBO. So, after attempting to carpet clean... we pulled the plug. Floor mat alongside mattressKateWe purchased this to place alongside our LOs floor mattress in case they rolled out. It is perfect — they have rolled out and stayed asleep because 1. The drop is minimal but 2 this is thick, soft and supportive. Plus, it doubles as a play mat when they are awake and playing on their piklar. It’s very firm, we’ve even folded it in half and used it as an impromptu mattress when traveling because it was firmer than the other options available.5
