Great frame, nice looks, but weak topMiriam G.I love this table for it's minimalist design and sturdy, durable frame but the table top itself is quite cheap. The melamine surface chips and nicks easily and the chipboard interior quickly expands and bulges. I wish they'd make the top more durable to match the quality of the rest of the table.2

Defective table; extremely disappointedharshitI bought this table last week & was excited for it to arrive. After assembling this for more than half an hour when I flipped it I noticed that the screws damaged the other side of the table. I made sure to follow complete instructions and only used the tools that came with it. I am extremely disappointed with this product.1

Easy assembly, long-lasting1958JSI just bought another two, having had to leave the others when I moved home. REALLY easy to assemble - just lay out the pieces and take your time. 30 mins max. I put mine together to use as a corner desk and pull them apart to put together differently if I have people round for dinner. Brilliant for small apartments, though I'd buy them for anywhere. SO solid and long lasting. Look great, too.5

It’s big enough where I can have my laptop, books, and notes out without having to put one away. Assembly is not bad at all compared to some other IKEA products that I put together in the past. This took about an hour.5

Super easy buildBob the BI really debated on getting this table only because of all the bad reviews about the assembly. I read through one review, which advised to use a piece if cardboard on step 4/5, and convinced me to try and assemble on my own. It took me about 20 minutes to assemble with no problems. It's a sturdy table and for the price, you really can't complain. Overall, it's a great table to buy for a small dining area.5
A child could assemble this!JS1958I had my last one for 5 years and it was as perfect as the day I bought it. Had to give away only because I moved cross country. Have just bought another two that I use as an L-shaped desk and put together if I want a larger dinner party. Perfect for a small apartment. SO easy to assemble. AS with all IKEA stuff, just lay out your pieces and take it slowly. First one took me about 40 minutes; second one 15. Look great, don’t stain, sturdy. THE BEST! And only $69!5
