Design Flaw- not enough support on sidesCarissa B.The inserts to support the sides are only half the length of the product. So one side is rigid and the other is floppy. The compartments need to be full or the sides will cave in. Even after filling the floppy side with clothes, it still looks sad. Do not buy unless these will be completely hidden in drawers! Open shelving is a no no.2
