Well Worth the MoneyGlennExcellent dresser for the money. I attached some custom drawer knobs which made the dresser look even better.5

Instructions are needlessly complicatedEmilyI was exceedingly frustrated with the build of this dresser. It took hours to build and promptly rebuild the dresser because the pictures neglect to show the proper holes on a piece. There are similar pieces and it's necessary to know which is which, otherwise you have to rebuild practically from scratch. All in all, build is a 0 but the dresser serves its purpose and is sleek.3
CheapJESSICAYou get what you pay for it is cheap wood the dresser broke I took it back to the store for a refund and they told me they couldn’t return it1
Good product for the priceJenniferGood product for the price but it broke easily during assembly.5
Looks and works greatDanielWas shopping for months trying to find a larger dresser (>60") that wouldn't break the bank and finally found this one! Having lived with it for about a month, it looks and works great and was definitely a great purchase.5
PerfectGeneludCame out of the box with all parts there and nothing damaged. Once assembled and placed where intended, it went in exactly how we pictured and made our son's room feel complete and in order.5

Great valueEmma A.Some drawers tend to stick but it was very easy to put together and looks great. Excellent value and size for the price. Wish it would be in stock in white but we went with MALM instead for that one since this was never in stock.4

Garbage. Particle board garbage.CHANDLER B.Preface: I'm a big Ikea fan; we've had terrific tables and Hemnes beds, good sofas and chairs etc. THIS Koppang chest, by contrast, is garbage, pretty much literally, and the reason is that the KOPPANGE ($170) is particle board and the pieces collapse like dust, which is exactly what particle board is made of: dust + glue. With Ikea, always buy the HEMNES products, which are made of solid wood. More expensive and worth every penny. Hemnes are quite good; here, the dresser you want to buy, virtually identical design & specs, is the Hemnes 8-drawer dresser Article Number 003.185.98 for $280. Due to Covid delays, it's perpetually out of stock. But don't get this one. A piece literally disintegrated when we were putting it together like a mummy's dessicated arm, it's flimsy as a child's kite and feels terrible to use. Garbage, sadly. I've never returned an Ikea product, I'm not looking forward to it, and I expect Ikea to pay for 100% of the return.1
Very nice!PATRICIALove my new vanity. It would be easier to install if there were words next to each step5
Don"t waste your moneyStephanie M.Easy to put together. Unfortunately, just a few weeks later, the drawers started to fall off tracks. Even though I tried to repair it constantly, after one month, the drawers eventually all collapsed. I have purchased many furniture items from Ikea- never have I experienced this.1
Nice dresserAndreiOverall it is a nice dresser. 4 stars just for the assembly instruction. The last few steps are missing there.4
DisappointedTanya M.I had high hopes for this piece of furniture, but sadly was disappointed. I have never had any trouble putting together anything I have purchased. I felt like I was going cross-eyed trying to tell which piece was which and went where because the photos were less than stellar. I finally got into a groove, but then on three of the pieces, the screws came right through the board. Just ripped the whole area to pieces. The material has to be pretty shabby for that to happen. I wanted to do was throw the whole thing off the balcony, but I didn't. So now I am saddled with a piece of junk dresser and hoping it will stand up for more than a day, and won't fold up when I try to open the drawers. If it wasn't so much trouble to take apart and get in my car, I would take it back. Lesson learned. I have used IKEA furniture for years with no problems, but this makes it pretty unlikely I will buy from there again.1
