Great Design/Build But Terrible SmellChristopher I.Nightstand is well built and I really like the design. However, it has a terrible pine smell that fills rooms. I've never had this issue before with ikea furniture. I've had the nightstand for two months and the smell is as strong as when I first received it. I'm so disappointed.1

Looks nice, but a couple pain points.Ben P.I bought two of these for our guest bedroom and the matching TV stand. The tables look nice, but the drawer isn't centered the way it should be. There is a larger gap on one side of the drawer than there is on the other. Both side tables had the same issue after putting them together. One drawer had a hard time shutting and continues to get stuck. After opening and closing the drawer a number of times, it did seem to get slightly better. Again, these are in the guest room so not to worried about it. I've had quite a few ikea pieces like this and this is the first time with this issue. I know this is a new product so maybe there are some kinks to workout.2

Mostly GoodKarahWe bought 2 of these for night stands in our daughter's room. All was good except the parts to assemble the back of the drawer. For some reason they have used plastic pegs with metal locking pieces. I broke 2 of the pegs while assembling. I haven't called for replacement pieces yet so not sure how that process will go. We do like that the drawers are the silent shut. Overall solid piece of furniture. Just not sure why they used the plastic pegs.3

Perfect SizeANDREAWe bought two side tables to replace two other ikea tables that were repurposed. The directions were clear and all the parts were there. The tables were easy to put together and look great.5
