Horrible customer serviceMatt P.I have contacted this place 3 times in 3 weeks because they couldn't deliver the online order in time, we waited all day on the day we thought they were delivering. Called, canceled the order, drove to the store and bought it. Now, after three contacts and promises given and "confirmation numbers" assuring me they will give the $25 credit I got for buying it online and apply it to the in-store purchase, they refuse to send any email (as they said they would every time) and do anything about the simple $25 credit I should have gotten. Then, even after canceling the online order, it actually still shipped and we had to refuse delivery as we already bought it in store. 5 days later, it still shows up after they assured me it would be canceled. I just want a simple $25 credit OWED TO ME that they can't get their head together and do. This was my one experience with Ikea and it was a very bad one, I’m boycotting them and posting all over social media. They absolutely need new management1
Fantastic Electric cooktop!NaveedGot this 5 burner cooktop in late 2021 and I am very pleased with it performance. Easy to replace with my last one from GE. Highly recommended!5
