Very disappointed, due to poor qualityMATT G.The quality on these is very low. The placement of the screws gets in the way of the basket gliding on the rack if you cannot get the screws 100% flat (which is most of them, and they got stripped in the process of trying to do so). Additionally, the wheel is an open design in the front and the basket can shift left to right easily therefore not aligning with the wheel making it not roll. Overall a very poorly conceived design that leads to bad implementation and a lot of frustration.1

Successfully installed in non-IKEA cabinetsIstukeSee my review for the 24 UTRUSTA wire basket for details, but, with careful measuring, we were able to install these in our non-IKEA frameless cabinets. Saved us lots of money and very happy with the quality of these baskets.5
Can be modified to fit non-IKEA cabinetsIstukeWe bought each of the 3 sizes of these baskets and installed them in our non-IKEA frameless kitchen cabinets. You must measure VERY carefully to be sure they'll work for you - and you may need to make a few adjustments. They come with a long, thin plastic spacer in case you need to adjust for a little bit of room. For example, our 18 cabinets are exactly wide 16.5 inside. The 18 basket fit perfectly with one spacer. However, our 24 cabinets are 22 7/16 wide inside and with no spacer installed, are sometimes tight. [The inside depth of our cabinets is 23 1/8] Again - they are not meant to be used outside of IKEA cabinets, but it may be possible. We saved hundreds of dollars by buying these instead of the inserts sold by our cabinetry supplier. We're very happy with how sturdy these are and how smoothly the roll when installed correctly.5

Works great!Kp1984I bought this for my IKEA kitchen. Two for base cabinet (24x18x30) and two for high cabinet (24x24x80). Just like some of the other reviewers, I did have to do an adjustment. When putting on the rails, I only put the plastic flat piece between rail and cabinet on the side where I had the door hinges. So I only used 1 plastic flat piece for each drawer.4

Doesn"t Fit Cabinet It"s Made ForTanner49Purchased this for a cabinet along with other drawers. The wire basket sticks and doesn't slide in and out. The front of the basket that sits on the guide wheels continuously pops off. Unfortunately I have to drive over an hour to return this now and get a more expensive drawer with better tracks.1
Product description is not accurateMacieI bought these baskets as a retrofit to my existing kitchen cabinets. The online description said the assembled with of the baskets is 15.......my cabinet opening is 15 so I thought it would fit perfect. I waited 10 days to receive my item only to realize when it got here the assembled width is only 13-1/4. That is a huge diffrence! I am really disappointed that I waited this long, paid for shipping and will now have to drive an hour and a half to return this product because the description is not correct.2
didn"t fit per instructionsPDX_GalLike one of the other reviewers, I found that the basket was too wide to fit inside the cabinet. Then it occurred to me to remove the plastic shims that the instruction show to place between the slide and the cabinet when mounting. Once I removed the shims the basket fit perfectly. I'm a bit concerned that the shims could have some necessary function that will be lost when they're not there. Another thought is that maybe the baskets were initially narrower and the shims would've been necessary, and that maybe something changed and the instructions are now out of sync. After all, none of the other kitchen pullout things I installed (drawers, towel rack) came with side shims. Next time I go to IKEA I'll ask in the kitchen dept about the function of the plastic shims. In the meantime I at least got the basket to fit.3
Work greatJeannettWe put a few of these in our old Akurum cabinets. With a little field engineering they work great. Just 2 things - one of the brackets broke and we could not get a replacement we had to purchase a new basket to get it. Second several of the IKEA staff members didn’t even know that these were still for sale. ?? Otherwise a good deal.4
Inconsistent sizeSasha567I bought three of these for a base cabinet and two of them slide in and out perfectly. The third one sticks and does not slide. I tried moving it to the other two rails but that doesn't help and the wheels turn freely. I think it's too wide since I also tried the other two baskets in this ones rail. They move perfectly.2
Great for seeing what"s up highcherryiiceWe put these in one of our tall pantries in the upper section and I wish we had installed them in all of our tall pantries. theyre really great for seeing whats on the shelf/pullout from down below. Its so easy to loose things in the back of the super deep pantries and these really help with that4
