What you need to know

• Please pick your order up at your earliest convenience once you've received an email and/or text message confirming your order is ready.
• We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
• Make sure your vehicle is prepared for your order.

Where to go

For curbside pick-up:

1. Follow signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area located in front of the Exchanges & Returns Entrance.
2. Park in one of the designated spots and check-in.
3. Wait in your vehicle and we will be out with your order shortly.

For in-store pick-up:

1. Park in the loading zone in front of the store and check-in.
2. Enter through the Exchanges & Returns Entrance.
3. Proceed to the Furniture Pick-Up Counter to pick-up your order.
