What you need to know:
- Please pick your order up during your selected pick-up window once you've received an email and/or text message confirming your order is ready.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Bring your photo ID.
- Make sure your vehicle is prepared for your order.
Where to go:
- If walking
- Enter through the Main Entrance on Queens Blvd.
- Go down the escalator, go straight and then make a right in Living rooms. Continue walking towards the parking lot door.
- Turn left and proceed to the Order Pick-Up Counter and check-in.
- If driving
- Park in the Rego Center parking garage and check-in.
- Enter through the store.
- Turn right and proceed to the Order Pick-Up Counter.

IKEA Queens will not have a self-service warehouse on site. Instead, furniture and other large products can be ordered for delivery.
For your convenience, 2-day delivery is offered for a rate between $49-$69 per order to anywhere in NYC.
There will not be an IKEA SMÅLAND on site.
The regular IKEA return policy is in place at this location.
Swedish to Go is a brand new food experience for IKEA Queens, giving customers a place to refuel while shopping. The menu will feature a selection of meatballs, sides, cinnamon buns, ice cream, hot and cold beverages, and more.
When you book an appointment, we will ask you a few questions to help prepare for your planning session. We may also suggest that you take measurements or bring other supporting documents with you.
For a remote planning session, you MUST have a secure internet connection, access to a web browser that supports Microsoft Teams meetings (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), and a device with a microphone and speaker.
