What you need to know

• Please pick your order up at your earliest convenience once you've received an email and/or text message confirming your order is ready.
• We will hold your order for 24 hours from your selected pick up date/time, after that it will be cancelled.
• Make sure your vehicle is prepared for your order.

Where to go

​Exit the traffic circle into the first entrance to IKEA. Follow the signs to the Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area on the side of the building closest to I-205. Park in one of the numbered parking spots. Get directions to pick-up location.

• Talk to a co-worker or bring your purchase to the Home Delivery area to set up your same-day or next-day delivery.
• You can select how you want to receive your delivery (doorstep vs. rooms of choice).

• Once your delivery is confirmed, you will receive status notifications via SMS.
