A: Pick up your IKEA-USA.com online order at partner locations we call "Pick-Up Points", all for just $35. In order to qualify to pick your order up, you’ll need to have at least one furniture item included in the purchase.
A: Yes; you can always order on IKEA-USA.com. To pick-up your order in Nashville, select the pick-up location option during checkout. Then select a pick-up time that is convenient for you.
A: Items purchased at IKEA-USA.com can be conveniently returned by contacting our aftersales team at 1-888-888-4532. They will arrange for a furniture pick up or parcel return and coordinate your refund remotely. We are unable to accept physical returns, so please reach out to our aftersales team for all accommodations.
A: When placing your online order, you will select a pick-up date and time convenient to you. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up.
A: Be sure to bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. Once you arrive at the Pick-Up Point, a representative will help you retrieve your order. After that, you're on your way home to enjoy your purchase.
