Good but can be betterHansaThis dishwasher is great value for money. It cleans well and is very silent compared to our old GE. However, it doesn't dry as well as the old one even at the highest setting. Fixing that issue would make it a 5-star buy!4

Good dishwasher for the money.JamesGood dishwasher for the money. Would have been a very easy installation had the threads in the handle been correctly tapped. One of the set screws stripped due to poor threading and I had to source a new screw (which also stripped) that I could work through the crappy threads.5
DisappointingSUZANI have purchased this dishwasher for my former home, 10 years ago and was very satisfied with that machine. It was all stainless steel inside and worked amazing. This model, maybe to keep the price similar, is all plastic inside and always has a musty plastic smell. The dishes don’t feel like they are rinsed totally and smell of the detergent. I would have paid extra to have the former model.1
So quietBethRuns quietly and cleans well. With height adjustments and tines that can lay down I'm able to wash larger things that wouldn't fit into a machine with the center post. Only negative is that the sprayer on the bottom of the top rack can hit taller items like ladles and lids for large pots.5
It doesn’t work as promised-Victoria A.This dishwasher is extremely cheaply made. The heating element does not dry any dishes what so ever no matter what setting you are on, the inside racks are extremely flimsy. I regret buying this.1

Great dishwasher but handle wouldn"t installAymeeI was really excited to get this dishwasher. It was easy to install with the exception of mounting it to the countertop which is annoying with any dishwasher installation. However, when I tried to attach the handle the screw broke the grooves inside the handle and got stuck and I could not unscrew or tighten it. It wasn't until later that I realized the sides were not aligned properly. I contacted support who said I needed to contact Frigidaire because Ikea did not supply that part. When i contacted Frigidaire I was told the part would cost $179 even though the part was faulty. I visited the store I bought it from in Tampa and explained the problem but was told in order to get a replacement handle I would need to return the entire dishwasher. I still have to arrange to have the dishwasher returned so I can exchange it for another one. I am really disapointed since I went through all the work to install it and love how well it works.3
