Multi-use moldsDonnaI first bought some square ice cube molds but used them for chocolates I tempered and they worked great. The chocolate blocks popped right out - no sticking. On my recent visit to IKEA I bought more molds, this time various shapes like fish and stars and plan on using them for tempered chocolates too.5
